I had a frustrating experience at this hotel. The address was incorrect, and when I tried to reach out for help, no one picked up. The Wi-Fi was down for two days and I was told it would be fixed soon, but it never was. The rooms without windows felt stuffy, and I had to pay extra to upgrade. On the positive side, the staff at the other hotel I visited were helpful and accommodating, making me feel at home. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, as there are better options in Bhopal.
